Vanquis has provided good customer service to me over the years. Only one concern which is originally I had £5000 credit which I paid up and reduced to £1000 by choice. Now I am struggling a little and requested an increase to help me out, it seems to be taking a while to be granted, and yet my history with you is good. If this improved then my review would be excellent overall. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024
