Good policy but annoying to set up

I'm really happy with my policy and the customer service, but it's annoying having to answer lots of questions online, to be told to phone up with a reference number in order to pay. I then had to answer all the exact same questions and hear all of the quotes again before I could pay for the policy. Reviewed on: 21st September 2018
