Don’t be scared; ring them! You can do it.

From the very first phone call I was reassured and never made to feel like an idiot for the situation I’d got myself in. Talked through everything and came up with the best plan of action. I’m now only 4 payments away from being debt free. StepChange saved me when I felt like I was drowning. I will forever be grateful for their help. Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Real Life Angels

I honestly cannot imagine where my life would be without the help I have received (and continue to receive) from StepChange. From the very first phone call I made to them I was reassured and never judged about my personal debt. They got me breathing space which I had never heard of before, took all of my information and dealt with all my debts when I couldn’t cope. I am over half way through clearing my debt and by Christmas 2025 I will be debt free for the first time in about 15 years. The relief I felt from the first phone call has only grown month by month seeing my balance get smaller and smaller. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone.
