1. I never had to make a claim 2. Staff were quite helpful when I called to change my policy or make inquiries 3. Renewing my policy was a bit of a hassle. The programmer for the website seemed not to have been completely effective catching errors like the 'proceed' button not working and the site holding me up when I didn't input a landline telephone number besides my mobile number. More substantially, the renewal of the policy made me cover possessions in the room and laptops in the room before I could cover just the laptop and my pedal cycle anywhere in the UK, which was annoying, especially as the separate policy to cover just laptops anywhere in the UK and a pedal cycle was more expensive.
