Vanquis equals Excellent Service.

I have been a Vanquis customer for several years now. With their help I have managed to increase my credit score over the years. I have always found their customer service excellent, whether using the app or talking to an advisor. I would recommend Vanquis for anyone looking for a fair and helpful credit card company. Probably one of the best credit card companies

Website is easy to navigate and manage my account. The call centre staff pick up the phones quite quickly compared to other similar companies. Queries and concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 4th May 2024
