Positive interaction

Whenever I have had cause to contact vanquis every member of staff have been been very polite courteous and nothing has been to much trouble. They have all been very helpful and explained in detail any question I have had. I have also been the victim of fraudulent activity and I found the whole experience quite frightening but the staff put me at ease and went step by step and handled everything for me and my account was credited with the fraudulent amounts within 24hrs. I would recommend Vanqis to anyone who require credit. They provide a good product and their staff certainly promote that. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Vanquis has always shown help and understanding when I have needed to have any contact with them. The staff are always polite and friendly and put me at my ease. I never feel inferior and am always at ease which is a very big deal for me as I suffer depression and anxiety Reviewed on: 4th May 2024
