Kept me in the dark when i had queries then tripled renewal premium!

They don't explain or breakdown how they arrive at figures they are not going to payout you just get a letter MONTHS later telling you you still owe the vet! I was shocked at how much they hiked my premium after the first year!! Reviewed on: 21st September 2018
