Stepchange are amazing!

I am hugely impressed with Stepchange, how patient, kind, caring and supportive they have been. I couldn't face dealing with my debts for many months, buried my head in the sand. The phone was always answered promptly and there was no rush to explain anything, great advice re all aspects of completing the budget. I praise them to everyone I talk to about debts! A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. It's an embarrassing position to be in, you can feel ashamed too but not with Stepchange, they are understanding and sympathetic. Awesome people, I've even had a laugh with some people I've spoken to which seems crazy considering my situation Reviewed on: 4th May 2024
