Supportive and professional .

My most recent experience was when I had to telephone them, due to a slight change in my circumstances, which had affected my debt management plan. They were kind, professional, respectful and caring, they listened with compassion, did not make any judgement and offered me options - giving me their professional advice but still allowing me the choice to make a decision. They were extremely supportive and understanding, I felt much better once I had spoken with them. Reviewed on: 5th May 2024
