Would 10/10 recommend to a friend!

From the moment I met Ruth I knew I would be in safe hands! As someone who knew nothing about mortgages or buying a property, the whole ordeal seemed very daunting however when I met Ruth at the Tembo stand at the London Home Show, she instantly put my mind at ease, answered all my silly questions and broke everything down for me so I could understand exactly what was going on. She responded to my e-mails promptly and never made me feel like I was asking for too much of her time when I asked for last minute calls or advice. I honestly could not have asked for a better mortgage adviser in Ruth. She was a beacon of knowledge, support and laughter throughout the whole thing and made the start of my house buying journey as stress free as possible. I have already recommended Tembo to all my NHS friends as Ruth and the team took such wonderful care of me. Reviewed on: 7th May 2024
