Terrible service

for the last 2 days I have contacted Vanquis one for a payment I made and one to stop a subscription. Both times advisor was not helpful one stating that my payment was overdue the other need to pass me to 2 different people to cancel payment that I had not authorised coming out of my card so much background noise and sound quality very poor. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024
