Having been medically retired and left on UC, my out...

Having been medically retired and left on UC, my outgoings were now higher than my income. A call to Stepchange took so much pressure off, we worked out our budget and they dealt with our creditors to arrange payment plans. The staff were so helpful, professional and empathetic which made the whole process much easier than I'd feared. Can't thank them enough. Reviewed on: 8th May 2024
