Regular saver

I recently closed one of my regular saver accounts as I was offered a better rate elsewhere. I had to go online to do this and it wasn’t 100% clear how to close the account & get the interest paid, so I withdrew the funds and had to send a message to ask for account closure. Excellent customer service

I was struggling to do my maturity instructions online so I telephoned for help. The phone was answered promptly and the gentleman dealt with my query efficiently and with a very friendly and helpful approach. All done for me within minutes. Reviewed on: 9th May 2024
