Dealing with debt is stressfull

Dealing with debt is stressful and overwhelming. From the first call to setting up the DMP was stress free and lifted a weight of our minds. Managing the creditors was made easy and manging our DMP is also easy through the StepChange portal. Staff are brilliant and experienced. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Stepchange have given us our life back.

Stepchange have given us our life back. We were in the circle of debt and not getting anywhere no matter what we did ourselves. Credit companies do not genuinely care and pay lip service when you ask for help and make it so difficult and can be judgemental. Stepchange have made managing our debt simple and without to much stress. It is still up to us to manage our finances and do the work but Stepchange help with that. Reviewed on: 9th May 2024
