Mild issues

There has been a few times the system has gone wrong I.E payments was not showing as taken or over taken and quick message to them fixed issue. Only other issue is it not always recognising my cards details as correct home address, i have checked multiple times an even had customer service check and its on their end just refusing to accept it is correct.
