Call handlers don’t log accurate notes from calls

When you speak to a call handler they don’t add sufficient notes to your account so you have to repeat conversations each time you call even if it is in relation to a payment dispute case / complaint. This can waste customer’s time as you can be waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes each time for something that could be resolved quickly if the agent added proper notes following each call.
