It was such a relief when I contacted StepChange.

It was such a relief when I contacted StepChange. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff and helped me with a Debt Management Plan. I am now some way in to this plan. It has been hard living within the budget but I have managed. I am now in the last year and looking forward to being debt free. I cannot thank StepChange staff enough for their help. A solution at last.

I was initially worried about my initial phone call to StepChange. The member of staff I spoke to made the process easy and made me feel comfortable as I went through the process of revealing my debt. It became such a relief after all the worry to be able to sort it out with a Debt Management Plan. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024
