Paypal credit user

I use Paypal credit for any purchase over £100 as it gives an instant 4 month 0% loan! I have to say I have only had to contact the support team on one occassion and they were very helpful albeit they didn't need to do anything other than reassure me on the way that Direct Debit payments are taken. My "Go to" credit payment method.

My "Go to" credit payment method. its an easy to use option with flexibility. I've only needed to contact support service once and had a really good response which resolved my issue. Reviewed on: 26th May 2025

Service is intuitive

I have never had need to contact customer services, hence neutral score. However the service has been so intuitive that there has been no requirement for intervention. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024
