Stepchange turned my life around

Stepchange helped me to turn my problem with debt around when no one else seemed to have time or wanted to listen. My debt was quite large from credit cards and they approached each debtor on my behalf and sorted out a payment schedule that i could manage. When I lost my job they agreed to put payments on hold for a while to give me breathing space and I started it up again after 2 months. I have had my plan with StepChange for over 4 years now and I am reaching the end of paying back my debt. I can't thank them enough for helping me out in what was an overwhelming situation. I would recommend that anyone struggling with debts talk to Stepchange. They are non judgemental, knowledgeable and approachable and carry a lot ot influence with the big financial companies and lenders to handle your issues on your behalf. Reviewed on: 14th May 2024
