Unable to activat the app.

I recieved my card in time, good so far. Then i needed to activate. That is where the issue starts. I cant activate. App does not work. Back room issues i imagine. Support team tried and failed to support. Wont let me change password which is needed to activate the app. I need the card for car hire in 5 days and dont think this is going to help me.
