Thank you StepChange!

I got into debt after losing my job and having to use credit cards to live. I almost chose a Debt Management Plan with another company who charged for the service but then a colleague told me about StepChange. I’m so glad I went with them. Everything was explained in detail, the staff were so helpful. Each year my budget was reviewed to make sure I was left with enough money to live on. StepChange dealt with all the CC companies I had accounts with and arranged for the interest to be frozen to give me a chance to get out of debt. And the best thing is it’s a free service! I couldn’t have got out of debt without StepChange. Every time I contacted them, even throughout Covid lockdown, they were helpful.
