Bad health plan AND inefficient/rude customer service

First, I was happy with the plan because we have all those rewards, etc. But then I experienced some "technical problems" (as they say) which resulted by never receiving those rewards. E.g: never receiving the Starbucks free drinks even with the maximum points and even if you asked multiple times to fix the problem. The solution according to them is for you to buy the drink and send them the receipt (every week? really? No thanks). If you are not happy with this solution and yo...
