The customer service is terrible, and I thought the...

The customer service is terrible, and I thought the agents were there to provide good customer service, but I was surprised by their behavior. They were very arrogant, and when I asked why they were being so rude, they threatened to cancel my insurance. They asked me for the same documents several times, which I sent each time. They said my vehicle registration document (DVLA) was incorrect. They also said they couldn't accept a screenshot from the DVLA website with the code to check my driver's license (share code). Then they sent me an agreement to sign, and after I signed it, they canceled my insurance and are still charging me the cancellation fee. What a disappointment. I definitely do not recommend them.
