PayPal is useful but their customer service is poor...

PayPal is useful but their customer service is poor and its hard to get hold of a human. I’ve had a few payment disputes with merchants that they have not been as supportive as I would expect. Certainly much worse than experience with other banks Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026
