Always felt assured

Always assured they are aware of what is happening in the background, when I had an issue with a department, I called them and they assured me they knew what was happening, they explained everything to me what was happening what would happen and what the department may do. They then explained what they would do if the issue wasn’t dealt with in an agreed time period, and I was refunded a long time before the department even thought about doing anything. I was extremely pleased with the way things were dealt with and the speed. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024
