Life changing advise in a period of terrible times

I have been in a terrible place with financial ruin. The team at StepChange have been behind me from the beginning offering incredible advise and really caring about the person on the phone. I really don't know what I would have done without their help and looking back I would have made life changing mistakes if I simply followed what the search engines were recommending.
