Very down to earth, helpful and highly recommend.

I was left in a bad situation because of lockdown and had no way out. Step change helped with everything and did their best to reduce the payments as much as possible. Even when I upped the payments they were concerned if I was able too and it was fine to pay the lower amount. They have been very helpful, respectful and great customer service.
