StepChange: Debt management plan

Easy to use and detailed online form which made it a lot easier for me to understand my finances (e.g. monthly outgoings, expenditure etc.) Each step of the DMP application process along with its outcomes were clearly described. I also used their online live chat option for extra advice from a colleague, and got an informative and speedy response. They provide you with all the information you need, without excessively contacting you (I had an experience with another company that bombarded me with calls and emails). I feel this is important, as the subject of debt is difficult to deal and the last thing you need is added pressure. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024
