A massive financial weight lifted off of my shoulders.

I unfortunately got my self into some money issues. I was over spending and thought, as many of us do, its ok i will sort next month. Next month turned in to next year and things just spiralled out of control. Not knowing where to turn i plucked up the courage and reached out to Step Change. They were understanding, sympathetic and walked me through the process and procedures. They helped me make an informed decision and kept all of my creditors up to date with circumstances. The phone calls stopped from my creditors and a massive weight lifted off of my shoulders. Agreed it was my mess and my causing but to have help and advise and a liaison really benefited me and showed me there was light at the end of the tunnel.
