Stepchange changed my life

Every staff member has been Incredibly helpful and full of knowledge from the very start, I was so nervous to start the process and put it off for too long. Once I started I was relieved to find friendly people who were eager to help in any way they could, I've not spoke to a single individual who hasn't gone above and beyond to make sure I had the right plan to suit my needs. They have always made themselves available for advice and guidance when the situation arose for a change to a plan or even a whole new plan, I wish I had started the process sooner with Stepchange.
