Life saving support

StepChange have been amazing support in helping me deal with my debts after my circumstances changed and I was unable to keep up with payments. Whilst setting up my debt management plan, the customer service team were amazing, very understanding, informative and offered great advice. They liaised with my creditors and reassured me when they started sending me notices. I like that I am in control of my payments and my plan through their website. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024
