Debt management plan

I contacted Stepchange when my families financial circumstances changed due to ill health. We were recommended a Debt Management Plan so I could prioritise my mortgage, utilities and food etc whilst my creditors received a monthly payment. I have been in my DMP since 2016 and am due to finish in 2025. Stepchange have been excellent throughout, their customer service is impartial, thoughtful and very much appreciated.
