For debt advice...DON'T go 'ANYWHERE' else

After being hospitalised 6 times since Feb2023. I have had to contact Step change on several occasions due to not being able to meet my payments..The level of understanding of my situation by them was better than any other company I had to contact during this period..Unjudgemental and respectful of my status even supplying extra information and advice to support my cause. Step change is more than just a Debt management advisor.. It also has an element of mental therapeutic quality. Putting my mind at rest that no matter how bad I thought my situation seemed. Their support and direction would help me manage my finances within my capacity. Reviewed on: 15th May 2024
