Was due to go on a Caribbean cruise with our friends, I had been poorly and sadly it didn’t get better and my Doctor banned me from travel. I was absolutely devastated but John Lewis travel Insurance made it so much more tolerable by being simpathetic and promptly paying out. Superb service. Wouldn’t have any other insurance.
