A helping hand from a hard place.

I was really struggling to make payments on my bills and struggling to even afford a basic living (food in my fridge or even getting to work). After taking the decision to let PayPlan help me, I started seeing an improvement within a couple of months I started to feel the relief of not waking up stressed and worried on how I was going to catch up on payments, no longer seeing letter after letter come though my letterbox demanding payments that made me feel small and that I was failing, I could start to eat correctly again, I could afford to get to work, I was sleeping again and starting to feel human and that I wasn't on my own, and control started to reenter my life, I wouldn't of been able to get though a hard year without PayPlans help. They were helpful and understanding from the very start, taking as much time as needed to assess my situation without embarrassment, reassuring me throughout the whole process, and once I was set up the contact with PayPlan though use of their App or by email and phone has been first class.
