Good first year! Great customer service on the phone

Admiral were by far the cheapest for a quote for my first year as a driver at 24 years old last year. I had a plug and go for 3 months that was fine then rest of the year as normal. This year, well this month.. I got a quote through that was £300 more than I paid last year despite being a more experienced driver now (its one thing passing your test and another driving on your own every day) Customer service was fantastic every time I spoke to someone - really friendly and knowledgable :) I loved admiral!! however just let down by this ridiculous increase in price so have had to use MORE THAN instead - PS I Haven’t paid for the insurance yet if you want to re adjust the quote by 500 I will stay with you guys as over £1200 a year is ridiculous! :) Reviewed on: 28th September 2018
