Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Still waiting for a response to a written complaint made in July. They sent me a reference number but nothing since despite two email reminders and three messages left via on line banking. Sainsbury obviously care nothing about their customers. Time to change banks I think. Reviewed on: 10th October 2018
