Very welcoming, very friendly.

Very welcoming, very friendly. Every new client gets a welcome pack full of information. It's not dry or full of jargon so easy to understand.i get regular updates in the post about the account so I can easily stay up to date.. They respond to queries promptly via their online portal so there is no need to wait on the phone listening to tinny music whilst on hold. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
