100% would recommend

Very simple to deal with. Everything is explained in great detail. Staff are very friendly on the phone and are always happy to help. Waiting times when calling are acceptable. I’ve never been on hold for hours on end waiting to get through to someone. I really like the way you aren’t bombarded with emails constantly. The company in general just seems to given every approach a lot of thought and taking into account customer needs. Would certainly recommended to friends and family. The car buying process can be quite stressful at times so to have a company that take control of everything makes the process a lot more simple and effective. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
