Review of the Moneybarn, Car Finance:

Excellent customer service.

It was the car dealership that initially dealt with finance for my car. However, a few months after getting my car, I missed a direct debit so had to call Moneybarn to make payment. I found their customer service to be excellent, not only was it a quick call but the customer service advisor made sure I wasn’t having financial difficulties (because the direct debit hadn’t gone through) and reassured me to talk to them in future should my situation change. This has made me feel very confident about getting in touch with money barn should anything change and I believe this is excellent service. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
