Quick resolution

I recently changed my direct debit which then led to me being in arrears and when I contacted them they explained what had happened and escalated it to a complaint for me. This was reviewed and I was given a credit on my account to ensure that I was no longer in arrears. Very happy with this as you can imagine Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
