Flawless customer service!

I have worked in the same job for 14 years, always had the same date of pay, and got given a very last minute decision that my employer was changing my date of pay, delaying wages going into my account for 6 weeks. I emailed Abound customer services to request a change of my payment date to now reflect me new date of pay from my employer, and this was done within 48 hours, with no hesitation, no follow up requests or back and forth of unnecessary information, or questions asked, just straight forward exceptional service to actually benefit me as a customer during a stressful time. Roseanna emailed me straight back telling me my request had been carried out, and took effect immediately. You are a fantastic company to deal with, and from my perspective, put customers first, which is unusual on this current climate, which is exactly the type of company I want to give my business to.
