Brilliant

I've been using PayPal for several years and overall I've had a positive experience. The biggest advantage for me is how quick and convenient it is when shopping online. I don't need to enter my card details every time, and it's accepted by most major retailers. I've also used PayPal Pay in 3 a few times for larger purchases. The application process was straightforward, payments were clearly displayed, and I liked being able to spread the cost without paying interest. The app sends reminders before payments are due, which helps avoid missing one. On the downside, customer service can be slow when there is a problem, and I've heard mixed experiences from people dealing with disputes. Fortunately, I haven't had any major issues myself. Overall, I find PayPal secure, easy to use, and reliable for everyday online purchases. It's become my preferred payment method for most online shopping. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026
