Helpful and supportive.

Through the introduction of a new banking app, I was late in paying 1 month's repayment on my credit agreement. My bank admitted the error and paid me a small amount in compensation. However, Moneybarn registered this as a missed payment. Although I explained the situation, my late payment (approx 10 days) could not be altered to a late payment from a missed payment. This now appears on my credit file.Unfair I think! Reviewed on: 18th May 2024
