Stepchange helped me sleep again!

Back in 2017 I had my bank account scammed, and they even set up a loan to generate more, and this was all done in my name. Bank security wasn't quite as good then, and I didn't discover this until the following day, by which the money had been transferred to an account which was never traced, hence I never got anything back. This put me in a huge financial state, not having enough money to pay my bills, plus the repayments on the 'loan' that had been taken out. I read about Stepchange on line, and contacted them. They were brilliant, and took care of everything. 7 years on, I'm still paying it back, but at least I'm not being hassled by credit companies or bailiffs.
