Great interest rates and great experience

The interest rate was one of the best on the market.My initial phone contact was answered promptly and all queries were answered in a professional manner.The visit to the branch was also a very pleasant experience.I was greeted by Isobel who gave me an application form to fill in,and was on hand to offer advice if i was unsure about answering any of the questions,she was extremely knowledgable regarding the product and acted in a truly professional manner at all times.She was also extremely friendly and had a smile on her face at all times.H&R are lucky to have Isobel on their team Reviewed on: 20th May 2024
