Review of the Saffron Building Society, Savings:

Poor communication! Poor service!

No account details were sent to me and when they were by way of me being told I haven't paid any money into the account, there were two account numbers and nothing making it clear, which needed to be used with thw sort code (not the one in the section with the sort code as my money was returned to my bank. I've asked for help last week and nothing has come through. No details were sent to enable me to get online access either as stated. Poor! Reviewed on: 20th May 2024
