Sophia was very helpful.

Sophia was very helpful. Because the Halstead Office didn’t answer the phone Sophia offered to help us and in doing so she is going to send out a statement of our matured ISA. Including the interest. Just what we asked for. Also my husband wanted to reinvest his ISA maturity the lump sum back into the ISA which she did for us too. Reviewed on: 16th June 2026

Very friendly as always.

Very friendly as always. A slight problem which will be corrected and checked out with the Society by staff. Given good details of an up and coming members deal so another appointment has been made. Very satisfied.. Reviewed on: 20th May 2024
