ACCIDENT REPAIRS

We had quite a bad experience with Saga Insurance Underwriters, we found them to be quite rude and very unhelpful. Initially they could not find a body shop Toyota repair centre in or around the Birmingham area? The nearest on their list was 34miles away and they refused to collect the car. If we went with someone local outside of their listed contractors they would not provide a courtesy car which was included in our Policy with Saga. We had several conversations with Saga but they were not very helpful. We will not be renewing our Policy with Saga due to the unprofessional way the claim has been dealt with.
