Appalling company

Gave a wrong password by mistake on phone back in February. Virgin money have requested I post in ID and proof of address. I have done this twice. I also went in a Virgin money branch and they emailed it to them. They still say they haven't got it. Rude unhelpful staff. Had the phone put down a few times. They refuse to send statements but have taken large sums by direct debit. The only reason I care is that this account should be in credit due to a holiday refund. Despite complaints and numerous phone calls they are refusing to close the account and refund the money. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am at a loss what to do next.
